CALIFORNIA — The cartels have reportedly set up streaming cameras in Los Angeles, specifically in Skid Row between 6th Street and San Pedro.A worker contracted by the city revealed he’s been removing the cameras.The devices were installed with proper power hookups, routers, and signal repeaters, streaming live feeds across multiple locations.
