Congress goes back in session on September 2nd, after being out on “district work period” for 5 weeks.We are constitutionally required to fund the government by September 30th.There are 12 Appropriation bills that fund the government.The House has passed 2 out of 12 Appropriation bills.The Senate has passed 3 out of 12 Appropriation bills.The House is only scheduled to be in session 15 days in September.That is 15 days to pass 10 more Appropriation bills.It took us 7 months to pass 2 Appropriation bills.I’ll let you all do the math and am just giving you an idea of what September looks like in Congress.Now back to the regularly scheduled programming..

Governance by crisis. Make it mandatory for them to pass the bills or no recess until they are either passed or denied. Kinda like Supreme Court can pick and choose what case will be heard well if it makes it to your docket then it should be a priority.
