NEW: Chicago man shot and k*lled while on Facebook Live, becomes the second person k*lled on that block this week.Horrific.42-year-old Kevin Watson was seen on camera talking about a parking dispute when a driver approached him.Watson then got out of the car on the 5000 block of West Madison Street and told the thugs to take his chain.
