This the Coffee Palace at the 1904 St.-Louis World's Fair. They tell us after the fair, they shipped it off to Brasil where it would be used to hold congress from 1914 to 1920, later the Senate from 1925 to 1960. Demolished 1975 for a metrostation.

The Produce Exchange Building, 1907, Broadway, NY. The third on the site. Built between 1882 and 1884 after ofcourse a design competition. Demolished 1957!
