DAMAGE DONE, POLITICIANS have been CUTTING and Down sizing the Military for years. The United States NAVY suffers more as there is NO SHIP YARDS nor TIME to build even one FUC*ING SHIP. Then throw in the FUC*ING COST. New WEAPONS then find Sailors to assign to a New Ship. Politicians cut Military Funding for their OWN WANTS instead of this Nations Defense or National Security. How much Chinese Money they'll BORROW for them instead of what this Nation Needs for Security and Defense. Waste is NOT RECOVERED but LOST FOREVER. POLITICIANS DON'T GIVE A FUC*. LIE AND STEAL. ABOVE THE LAWS THEY PASS UPON THE PEOPLE.
