Congratulations to Alina Habba, the now Acting US Attorney for the District of New Jersey!Previously she was serving as Interim.Importantly, Desiree Grace, the prior First Assistant that tried to collude with Obama-era judges in order to get rid of Habba, will now never be US Attorney. Word is she had a full swearing in ceremony planned for Saturday. Unfortunately for her, Alina Habba’s resignation made it so that the prior order was never triggered, and now Habba is appointed as acting versus interim.Now it’s up to the US Senate to confirm her permanently.
