18. O earth, cover not thou my blood, let my cry have no place.19. Also now, behold, my witness is in heaven, and my record is on high.Job 16:18-19. Job is still suffering, and still being accused of wrongdoing by his friends. Calls out to the earth, not to cover his innocent blood, but let his blood cry out to God, like Abel's innocent blood. Before Job believed God fought against him. Now we see a faith in Christ. He declares his Witness is in heaven, and it's true that Christ was there. For Job, and us, Christ is our advocate, our go-between God and man. As Christ vindicated Job, so shall we be declared innocent, by the blood of Christ. Job 19:25; For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day on the earth: Job and Abel were afflicted by Satan because they pleased God. Having enduring faith. Amen.
