7. Remember, I pray thee, who ever perished, being innocent? or where were the righteous cut off?Job 4:7. Job has been attacked by Satan because Almighty God bragged about his faithfulness. Now his friends come from far away and accuse him of being a sinner, the reason why he is being punished. These men had no idea what was going on in heaven. There was a battle going on in heaven between Almighty God and Satan. Many have the opinion that God and Satan are equal. Nothing is further from the truth. Satan is a created angel, and God has no beginning or end. To these men, there is no knowledge of Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. Who took the punishment of sin, even unto death, who knew no sin. Jesus was murdered on the cross, God in the form of a man, and righteous, without sin. For all mankind and few there be who find Him. Amen.
