This is absolutely beyond comprehension that Andy Biden Beasher , the governor of Kentucky, where I live has done this. Representative TJ Roberts of Burlington issued the following statement regarding a federal challenge to a Kentucky regulation that provides illegal aliens the benefit of in-state tuition at the state’s public universities while other U.S. citizens are required to pay out-of-state rates. According to the lawsuit, filed by the Department of Justice in the Eastern District, the regulation is discriminatory and violates federal law. Roberts brought the issue to the forefront by filing HB 352 during the 2025 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly.
