One such business owner, Andrew Cooperrider, sued him, and a unanimous Federal Appeals Court has allowed the lawsuit to proceed, denying Beshear qualified immunity - which means Beshear is being sued personally (Cooperrider v. Beshear). Andy Beshear has explicitly refused to carry out the laws passed by Kentucky’s duly enacted legislators, while simultaneously engaging in government action for which we have EXPLICITLY prohibited the use of government funds.Andy Beshear has advocated for violence against his political opponents, going so far to wish rape upon JD Vance’s family because of VP Vance’s pro-life views.Andy Beshear is implicated in an illegal straw donation scheme with London Mayor Randall Weddle, who was put on a government board position by Beshear after his illegal straw donation checks cleared.Andy Beshear is a hypocrite.
