This would not be possible today because there’s not a politician or political aid in Washington that could keep their mouth shut… pretty much about anything. So far as I’m concerned, anyone who ‘leaks’ information to the press and others should receive a minimum, mandatory sentence of 1 year in prison. All we’d need to do is lock up one or two and the rest would get the message to kep their mouths shut
