I agree. Years ago, a vegan friend wanted us to try a tofu burger. I said, ‘not a chance.’ Bill said okay. One bite and he spit it out, threw the burger in the trash and asked Joanne my mother’s favorite question when we were growing up… “What the hell is wrong with you?”
