Justice Kagan used to oppose nationwide injunctions when we had Democrat presidents.But she suddenly supports them now that President Trump is in office.Judges need to remember that they wear robes, not capes.Under Article III, judges have a modest but crucial role.To decide cases and controversies of the parties properly before the court with redressable claims.Nothing more.Nothing less.Anything more and you wade into judicial activism, or worse, judicial sabotage.Thanks for having me on, @IngrahamAngle.
