49. The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die.50. Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.John 4:49-50. A nobleman has come to ask Jesus to heal his son for he is at the point of death. Jesus informed the people that signs and wonders do not change the hearts of those who do not believe. Some may look at Christ's work as entertainment. Therefore they miss the message of salvation. Jesus tells the man go your way your son lives. And the man believed and so it was that his son was healed. This is Jesus's second miracle. All we receive from God comes from our belief that God can and will do what He says. Amen.
