31. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.32. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.John 3:33-34. Those who receive the testimony of Jesus, who believe and obey Christ, have certified that their belief in God is true. That Christ has the Spirit of God without measure, having been given authority above all creation by the Almighty. The Father loves the Son. All who reject Christ, reject eternal life, and the wrath of God abides on them, in this world and the next. John is making it very clear the sinner's only hope from destruction is Christ. You must be born again, covered in Christ's righteousness. Amen.
