I refuse to allow negative experiences to turn me bitter... In fact I've decided to do the opposite... For every let down and disappointment my comeback will be to love a bit harder... For every act of meanness inflicted upon myself... I'm going to be more generous and give more freely... For every secret that's been hidden from me... and for every lie I've been told... I'm going to speak more openly and practice honesty... If we want the world to be a better place we need to break the chain of retaliating to unkind behaviour and start acting from our hearts... So yes, I'm going to be defiant... I refuse to be reduced to behaving in a way I would not admire in another person... So I'm choosing kindness...
