District judge now denies class certification.2 individual aliens sued to challenge removal under Alien Enemies Act & asked for the court to make it a class action so that every alien detained in the geographic area was automatically a plaintiff too. When court makes something a class action they "certify" a class.The court refused to certify a class so it is not a class action.
