Why do you think the death toll is so low but the masonry/stone building toll is so high? Because the populations simply weren't there! The buildings and infrastructure were! This discrepancy SHOWS they are either lying about population density OR lying about who built what. This discrepancy only exists because the buildings were brick and stone - and the narrative can't claim fire spreads via those materials, it can only do so when it says they are wood - so, despite the photo record, it claimed they were wood. After the Great Chicago Fire, making Fires Great again in 1871, the fat controllers with the hidden hand gestures moved in. No one lived there, the masonry and stone castles were for nobody - an abandoned fully built up city like SF and Atlantic City.
