We often hear the phrase “as above, so below”, but do we truly understand what it means?It signifies that the universe isn’t just out there... it exists within us as well. Just as we hold the stars in our DNA, we also carry the Earth in our bones.Gaia isn’t merely a rock floating in space, she’s alive. She has a body... She breathes... She feels... She remembers... The sky above us? That’s her breath... The trees? Her lungs... Her molten core is a living, magnetic heart... steady, powerful, and ancient. Her oil is blood.... compressed memories flowing deep through her veins. The soil is her skin. The mountains are her bones. The rivers and oceans are her tears, her emotions, her flow. And the crystal grid beneath our feet? That’s her nervous system... carrying messages, codes, and memories across the land. Like us, she carries trauma. She heals through time, fire, and storms. She communicates through wind, silence, and instinct. When we harm her, we’re not just damaging nature, we’re also hurting a part of ourselves. Conversely, when we honor her, listen to her, and connect with her, something within us comes back to life as well. We’re not here to fix her. We’re here to remember that we are her. “As above, so below” means the stars reside within us, and the Earth does too. Walk gently... Breathe deeply... She’s alive... and so are you...
