My 1st stab at heat pasturizing wine .
Backsweetened with honey which gave it a cloudlike haze .
I'm thinking it would be better to pasturize and return it to carboys to allow the cloudiness to settle to bottom and then bottle it .
All of the research showed folks doing it in the bottle but it just seems wrong to bottle a cloudy wine .
