My 1st stab at heat pasturizing wine .Backsweetened with honey which gave it a cloudlike haze .I'm thinking it would be better to pasturize and return it to carboys to allow the cloudiness to settle to bottom and then bottle it .All of the research showed folks doing it in the bottle but it just seems wrong to bottle a cloudy wine .
