NEW: ICE has placed a detainers on an illegal alien charged with raping a corpse on a NYC subway, and another illegal alien charged w/ five counts of first degree murder for a shooting spree in Tennessee that left two people hospitalized. DHS says Felix Rojas (left) has illegally entered the U.S. multiple times going back to 1998. He was arrested in NYC for larceny and raping a corpse on the subway near Whitehall Street Station in Manhattan.DHS says Enoc Martinez (right), an illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested in Shelby County, TN for the shooting spree. He was had a deportation order since 2022. He initially came to the U.S. illegally in 2014 as an unaccompanied minor.
