God... Heavenly Father... The universe... Whatever higher power you believe in, is very aware of you. You are loved. You are seen. Sometimes we feel invisible and alone. It’s easy to just curl up and be sad about it. But this brings more loneliness. Reach out to God, Heavenly Father, the universe. Check in with Him through prayer or meditation. Sitting and listening to your body, especially your heart, is so powerful. We all need to get out of our heads and into our body more. Reach out to people you love... Check in with them... Take care of YOU...
