Flower Tea:
• 1 cup fresh dandelion flowers
• 1 cup hot water
• Steep 5–10 min, strain, and sip.
Leaf Tea:
• ½ cup young dandelion leaves (chopped)
• 1 cup hot water
• Steep 5–10 min, strain, and enjoy.
Root Tea:
• 1 Tbsp roasted dandelion root (roast fresh roots at 350°F for 30–45 min)
• 1 cup boiling water
• Steep 5–10 min, strain, and serve.
Tips:
• Always harvest from clean, chemical-free places.
• Allergic to ragweed? Skip dandelion.
