There comes a point in life where you realize your plan might not be the best plan after all. I’ve been there — rushing, forcing, trying to make things work, believing I had it all figured out. Whether it was the path, the relationship, the job… I thought I knew best.
But God had other plans.
And thank God He did.
He humbled me — not to hurt me, but to save me. I didn’t get the results I wanted because He was preparing me for something greater. He made me start over — not in punishment, but in love. And this time, I’m trusting His plans over mine.
And I’ve never felt more at peace.
His redirection is protection. It’s alignment. It’s preparation.
Because building on your own agenda? That’s building on sand.
But building on His word? That’s building on a solid rock.
He is the God of the long haul. The God who makes a way. The God who sees the full picture when we don’t even have the frame.
I want to encourage someone reading this:
What you thought you wanted? God has better.
You were just planting in the wrong field.
Start sowing in His... That’s the one that produces a harvest that never fails. 💯
