#SenRandPaulSenator Paul, I am so surprised to see you standing with the three Worst RINOs in the Senate! I have Followed you for years and always been so proud of you and your decisions! Not this time. Perhaps you should Look at the People You were Standing With to get a clue! None of these three have Ever been accused of doing something Great for our Nation! Look over their voting records to see if I'm correct. It's easy, you can run them on Congress. gov.I understand that you think the Tariff on Canada was/is "Taxation Without Representation", however, We The People Strongly Disagree! Are the Tariff's that Canada charges us the same?? Do they come under the heading of "Taxation Without Representation"? Are you going to go to war with Canada over this? Tariffs are Not a tax on us, they are a tax on the importer. The Country Of The Importer also charges the United States Importer a tax. This is how business works. I fail to see the problem here. The only problem I see is that our Government has allowed our country to be taken advantage of for far too long! It's Time We Get Back in The Business - that's what it all is!! The way We see this is that it is only evening out the playing field! Canada Charges The United States some pretty steep Tariffs! The proposed 25% Tariff is Nothing Comparatively! However, President Trump is Also using this Tariff to try to hold Canada Responsible for their role on Border Protection! They Could at least do their part of Controlling access to US Citizens and No Drugs. We believe that's a Fair Request. Our Border Guards do the same for them!Historically, the United States Had Tariffs and used them, until 1918. President Trump is Not Creating the Wheel! Simply returning to Good Business Practices in hopes of returning our country into a Thriving Economy again!! I'm sure people like McConnell are against this, look what his business is...as well as who he works with!! He will choose China over the United States Every Time! Please rethink your decision!
