17. The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.18. The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. 19. He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.Psalm 145:17-19. The psalmist praises God for who He is and all He does. Christ is given to us, the righteousness of God, in the form of man. Who can we find but Christ, perfect and pure from every sin. The Lord is good to all. How much more to those who follow in His ways. Those who reverence Christ will seek to please Him, and all who seek Him shall find Him, who seek Him with an honest heart. This heart cries out, "Let my will be done." "Because my will is for Your will to be done, and nothing else." ( Martin Luther) Those who long for Christ will have as much of Christ as they long for and are capable of receiving. Christ, in His righteousness, will preserve all who love Him. All who refuse Him, He will destroy. Choose Christ, choose life. Amen.
