11. Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath. 12. So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.13. Return, O Lord, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants. 14. O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. 15. Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.16. Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children. 17. And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. Psalm 90:11-17 ?? Who can know God's anger in judgment of sin, we have but a few examples, the great flood, the burning of Sodom and Gomorrah, the shortening of man's days, bringing them to dust. But who has knowledge of judgement after death, very few ponder this, fools ignore, wise men, study looking into God's word. The wise study, knowing their days are few, how short our time is here, to be used, to please our Lord. Those who are wise see love in the cross, and how valuable their soul is to Christ. How Christ has taken the anger of God away, and showed us mercy, that we may rejoice. Sin has caused us, sorrow, and affliction, but Christ, has given us the riches of eternal life. Let the Gospel work appear to God's servants, and to their children, for those who have forsaken Him, shall never find truth. Let the beauty of God's salvation, cover us, and let God's work, come through us, let God's grace, move us to obedience, being active in His service, for a servant, only answers, to his Master. Amen.
