It will be exclusive to Muslims and claims to be the new epicenter for Islam right here in the United States. Many say that people should be outraged and scared as Sharia law oppresses, women who are banned from working, shopping alone, or stepping outside. Some local politicians have supported this muslim city even after Governor Greg Abbott once stopped it. Now it’s back, with mayors on board, and similar Muslim-run towns with their own police are popping up elsewhere, such as in Michigan. Governor Abbott saying he is putting an end to the threat saying, "The proposed EPIC compound in Collin Co. has serious legal issues.A dozen state agencies are investigating it, the Attorney General will look into it, and legislators are considering laws to restrict it, as well as laws to prevent foreign adversaries from buying land in Texas."
