A Vision For Governance:In the context of today's socio-economic challenges, I propose a series of reforms to redistribute power and responsibility back to the citizens: These reforms aim to empower communities, minimize governmental overreach, and restore power to the people, cultivating a society where responsibility, integrity, and common sense are paramount.- Return to Standard Time- Government Transparency: Full disclosure in government actions to combat corruption and ensure every citizen can hold their leaders accountable.- Term Limits: Cap service to two terms or 4 - 6 consecutive years for Senators, Representatives, and appointees, preventing long-term incumbency and encouraging new ideas.Business Incentives: Offer incentives for companies to invest domestically, spurring innovation, job creation, and economic growth.- USA as a Producer Nation: Americans become the primary producers of goods and products, with a focus on exporting surpluses. For instance, if the U.S. consumes 90 million lbs of coffee annually and produces 100 million lbs, 91 million lbs would be reserved for domestic use, and the surplus would be exported, promoting economic self-sufficiency and national security through trade.- Education Reforms: Dissolve the Department of Education to empower parents with curriculum control, ensuring education is infused with pro-American values, teaching students about their rights and how to exercise them.
