Australian PM Anthony Albanese has been referred to the International Criminal Court as an accessory to genocide in Gaza.
This is the first Western leader to be referred, as over 100 Australian lawyers backed this move.
The Crimes Amendment (Inciting Racial Hatred) Bill 2025 has passed in NSW Parliament & will now become law.
