Most of my life I ran from the darkness that crept within my soul. It was lifetimes of pain and suffering buried in a heart full of love and misunderstanding... It wasn't until I decided to stop running that I was able to find the strength that has always been within me. I had simply forgotten how strong I am... How powerful my inner light has always been... how much love that flows through my heart. Stop and sit with your darkness... It is bound to get messy...
