This was a hard lesson for me. We are often times our own worst enemy when it comes to having deep and passionate relationships. We have been programmed to push these people away in fears of them rejecting us... it is like cutting your fishing line before you reel in the fish that will feed you.I would find reasons as to why I was not compatible.. why it was their fault... I would choose people that were not ideal matches so that they would inevitably fulfill my desire to not get too attached.It is terrifying to lay your heart at someone's feet and allow them the opportunity to hurt your heart. However, the only way to ever fall deeply in love is to in fact wrap your heart in a big shiny bow and gift it to your partner. In order to be deeply in love, you must become the most vulnerable version of ourselves. One that is not scared to be crushed... one that is not scared to surrender.Out of fear, I was never even making myself available for true love. It wasn't that I did not desire love or was incapable of love... it was that I was scared of losing it..... so I was choosing to never allow it to happen.Sometimes we have to make ourselves very uncomfortable in order to get what we desire. Instead of fearing losing a partner, manifest finding the partner that you have always wanted. Choose someone that is healed and ready for love, not a project that you need to fix.When two souls connect that are truly healed and ready to love, you will fill each other's cup... then and only then will you experience true 💜💜💜💜
