Then one day she disappeared...
She closed the gate on the haters, the users, the bullies and those who didn't get her.
She retreated to heal the hurt and purge the pain.
I miss her smiling presence, her beautiful poetry, her gentle heart and her take on living a positive, peaceful life.
She now finds her strength in silence and her voice in nature, but every once in awhile in the middle of life's loudness I hear her whisper and I know she's here with me.
In her quiet way, she continues to heal the world as she re-purposes herself.
It's who she is... a gentle force in a harsh world, a balm of beauty, a weathered heart with an irrepressible spirit.
So, I send her my love and I know somewhere in the heart of stillness we are together.
