Yes, Elon is deeply involved in the tech industry, with a passion. This is well-known.You are severely misinformed by saying Elon Musk operates outside of checks and balances. While he's not a formal government employee, his role as a 'Special Government Employee' does involve oversight, albeit different from traditional government roles. Musk's companies have legitimate government contracts, which provide the framework for such access. For years, the conservative movement has advocated for government reform. Instead, we've seen illegal immigrants & the blatant crimes they've committed, political games & feigned bickering, unnecessary regulations, political persecution, and the government using lawfare against citizens for expressing our differences of opinions. None of you spoke out when our constitutional rights and freedoms were being suppressed. From the removal of our social media presence, our voice on radio and media, shadow banned on social media, even an outright ban for just being a conservative in thought or admittance. Those on the left and those like you are concerned with removing our (everyone's) Constitutional Rights and Freedoms. President Donald Trump has been vocal about these issues, aligning with many in the conservative movement. Although we do not see eye to eye, we at least we can find common ground with everyone. Musk's ambition to go to Mars is indeed personal and not funded by government money. He believes in technology as a tool for progress. However, in order for mankind to have any success in planetary colonization, mankind can not be stifled by bureaucracy or undue influence. If progress is held in place by chains. There is no progress in either technology, efficiency, or effectiveness. The powerful want mankind imprisoned on a singular planet.
