Yup , I applied for a Lowes credit card to get a discount on a large purchase.. When I got the card & disclosures in the mail I found out the interest rate was 31% , mind you , I have an 800+ credit score.. I paid off the card that day and cancelled it as soon as it showed a $0 balance..
