Remember the essence of love that is you... What we must realize about ourselves is how we interact with each other is a mirror of our own internal state of being. Those that act in the energy of hate or conflict are truly only mirroring their own energy within self. Those who learn to love self reflect that love outwards. To create positive changes in our world the journey starts with loving and knowing ourselves. In a world where the running narrative teaches us to judge and compare ourselves to others we are faced with feelings of being less than or unworthy of love. But realize that this is an illusion. The simple act of realizing that you at the time of conception when you were formed in spirit but formless in the physical, you created your physical form down to every single detail. When we express ourselves through art or music we want to share our creation with the world because we love our expression and are proud of it. This should be the same way we feel about ourselves. Don't fall into the trap of limiting your creation by the egoistic mind., this trap leads to a narcissistic mindset.
