WHEN IN DOUBT, BLAME TRUMP: Dem Senator Pins Fire Crisis on President-Elect
Like the Whigs in the early 19th century, the Democrat Party doesn’t actually stand for anything. Its defining principle is that it hates Donald Trump. That’s not really a platform.
Senator Ed Markey reinforced that obvious truth over the weekend, casting blame on the incoming president for the California fires.
He also wrote that he’s “glad that President Biden has extended protections for hundreds of thousands of immigrants in the US, including those from Venezuela and El Salvador who have stood up for democracy.” Police reportedly arrested a blowtorch-wielding Mexican illegal immigrant near the crisis’ hot zone last week.
