Banana turned out quite a bit stronger than I wanted but flavor is all there .
After looking up ingredients I noticed banannas are really high in carbohydrates which turn to sugar which becomes more alcohol .
Dont know if there even is a formula for that so using a yeast that stopps at your desired alcohol level is a must unless you like a really strong wine .
