To truly move out of the 3D consciousness and into the 5D we must find the pathway where we can remove all low frequency energies that are binding us in the 3D. If our goal is to create heaven on earth then we must move from a place where we embrace darkness. Sure it served its purpose and pushed us into higher consciousness but realize that the loving world we wish to co-create exists at a frequency where darkness can't reside. We are currently literally existing torn between two worlds, where we came from and where we want to go. The only way to shift is to release all that we came from and embrace only the love and light. Remove all mindsets that allow low frequency energies to exist and we will create a place composed of love, compassion, peace, unity and joy...
