Genesis is an account of God's creation. Every book in the Bible is inspired by God, and He is not an author of fairytales. When the Bible gives us history, it is right and true. Same for the poetry. It is right and true. Prophecy is right and true. Instruction is right and true. When the Bible tells us of God it is right and true. If we do not make up our minds to believe, then the text becomes how we feel and what is true and false. Putting ourselves above the inspired text and missing the intent of the Creator. To reveal Christ to mankind. If you can not trust the Bible you can not regard it as reliable in spiritual matters. The Bible is so complicated to the skeptical and scornful, but simple enough a child can find Jesus. Let's start 2025 believing. And see the wonders God has for you this year. Amen.
