The ritual is performed after Diwali and after performing Govardhan Puja. He expects everyone else to be civil on his platform, but it is OK for him to tell everybody else to go "fuck themselves in the face." NOBODY in a position of authority should be in that position if he cannot be civil to an opposing view!
