Just spoken with someone else who works in the care industry (care home) and it's completely true what this says... Some of us knew this was coming, bad times sad times.Based on this notice what choice do those who depend on their job to keep their head above water have other than to resign and to sink into debt, it's tantamount to blackmail.Disgusting!!
