In my darkest days, I couldn’t reach out,
Lost in shadows, silenced by doubt.
A quiet ache, too deep to share,
Hoping someone would find me there.
Let’s stop saying, “Reach out if you need.”
For sometimes it’s comfort that souls quietly plead.
Instead of waiting for words unspoken,
Let’s reach in, with hearts wide open.
A gentle touch, a knowing glance,
A whispered, “I’m here,” given the chance.
Sometimes the strength to ask is gone
So reach in, and help them hold on...
