The Lawfare Cases Tuck TailNow that Trump has been elected the next president, the cases against him are dropping like rotten leaves.Jack Smith tried to invent a case claiming Trump plotted an insurrection on January 6. He did no such thing and it was a protest, not an insurrection. No matter—Smith was virulently anti-Trump and so he charged ahead. Now he’s in full retreat and tucking tail. His case was already absurdly thin and he has to pack it in now that Trump was elected. The entire Biden DOJ should do the same—especially the Merrick Garland, who abused the law and his powers to ‘get’ Trump. Such lawfare was obvious and outrageous and it’s one of the reasons voters rejected Harris.The pack of vicious curs who attacked Trump are now retreating in disgrace. They deserve to lose their law licenses at the very least. Merrick Garland and Joe Biden signaled the witch hunt, which ultimately cost their party the election.— Ben Garrison
