We do not love ourselves because of the world we exist in. Our Self-defense mechanisms are triggered by the chaotic or negative events our minds focus on. Fear is how our fragile human bodies protects itself. We are protected from suffering and pain by a defensive behavioral pattern called Fear. When this act of protecting ourselves from the pain and suffering becomes worse than the event itself, an even bigger problem is birthed. When we get reprimanded for exhibiting certain undesirable characteristics, we learn one of the most damaging behaviors... Self Doubt. We grow up constantly being told, "That is bad", "You shouldn't be doing that", "You are not allowed to do this" etc... Then some form of physical punishment normally ensues. After some time of this repetitive experience, the memory of the physical pain is anchored deep in our psyche, as our inner child learns to reprimand itself. As we strive to fit into a broken society with so many unspoken rules and cultural taboos, we begin to fill ourselves up with Self-limiting beliefs. Comparing ourselves to more likable, intelligent, attractive or successful people leaves us with a sense of feeling unworthy. Rejection has the ability to Impact us in ways we cannot begin to fathom. With all this being said, can I share a Universal Truth with you? None Of This Matters. Who you truly are is not impacted by any of these thoughts or feelings. Your ability to express the most unfettered Unconditional Love as God/Source of the Universe is hindered by these Self-doubting programs slicing through the heart of your soul. You are protecting the ego whenever you are afraid. You are sending a very clear signal to the universe that you don't believe in Unconditional Love, whenever you Self-doubt. I want you to say out loud, " I am ready to be Free". Send a clear message to the universe of your intentions. You are not even human, you only think you are. Don't allow anyone to tell you what your purpose in life is, or who you are. You are a Sovereign Universal Presence. You create because you Love Unconditionally. The complete multiverse is an extension of your being. With the wildfire of Unconditional Love in your heart, Explode like a Sun my beloved Soul Family. Allow every moment of your existence to illuminate the entire world. True Presence does not Fear Itself, and cannot be contained. Its expansion is infinite. Be your True Self, Be True Presence.
