When it is recognized, that an incarnation is nothing but a spark in the totality of existence, everything acquires another importance, and the obstacles for the task to be done are more easily overcome. Interferences caused by the instability of material bodies require particularly intense effort in certain sections of the path to liberation; however, they contribute to the individual acquiring greater ability and dexterity. They are part of the infinite path that at each new stage reveals to consciousness wider and more beautiful horizons, and leads it to recognize its proximity to the Source. In an incarnation it usually takes at least about 20 years to return to the work that was being done in the previous existence. Disincarnation is guided by our inner Being, at the time of birth, but this is relative, since it all depends on the free will of each Being, which can lengthen or shorten existence. Sleeping people, without existential anxieties, leading a normal life, are not useful to the Evolutionary Plan. When the personality chooses a selfish life, between vices and pleasures and this seems to compromise the following incarnations, the Being chooses the unincarnation of the soul. Often the soul withdraws from the body, but the vehicle remains, becoming an "empty house" occupied by the ego or any entity that enters. It's a common thing these days. Whereas people useful to the Evolutionary Plan who live in alignment with the Higher Consciousness, acting accordingly, can prolong their existence, until they fulfill their task.
