1 John 4:8-15 ??
We love God, because He first loved us. This is not a earthly love, born of lust, but is a spiritual gift, of given of one's self, as Christ, gave Himself for us.
God sent Christ to be our Savior, He is the atonement of our sin, and we received this without any effort on our part.
We also were given a portion of the Spirit, to teach, and guide us in the way. Some of you know what I am talking about, through experience.
If we have received such a great love, we must share it with all, for this kind of love, was not meant to be hidden, nor kept from the world. Amen.
