You created it through fear and self-doubt, you get what you caused, or by continually focusing your thoughts you drew it into your energy field on your frequency. -Why are you raising your voice at me? To learn how and when to express yourself and when it's time to shut up! -Why was he lying to me? Because your actions and attitude forced him to tell you only what you were willing and wanted to hear! - Why did he abandon me? Nobody has abandoned you, because nobody is nobody's property! No matter how painful it feels, understand that everyone fulfills their role and message in everyone's life for a certain period of time, after which they move on and you learn your lesson. Why didn't he love me? Because you cannot give what you do not have; but neither can you receive what you do not possess. You need to learn to love yourself to be able to receive and give love, the other way around doesn't work. Why was he disrespecting me and underappreciating me? Because you didn't treat yourself better either, and to learn to respect and appreciate yourself! -Why do I attract toxic people into my life? Because you deny and don't acknowledge that dark side (your toxicity) inside you that you project onto others to hide or validate yourself.
