Thanks to a generous donation from a couple in South Carolina, a new Rainbow Bridge has been placed at 658 Memorial Highway, home to the Parks, Recreation, and Lake Department in Lake Lure. This temporary bridge offers a space where visitors can leave pet collars in memory of their beloved companions. The new bridge replaces the original Lake Lure Rainbow Bridge, which was washed away during Hurricane Helene.
